About Windsor Pro Plumbing
A 24/7 plumbing line for Windsor, Colorado and the towns around it. This page explains how a call works, how pricing works, and what we do not claim.

A phone line for plumbing problems in northern Colorado
Windsor Pro Plumbing helps homeowners and businesses in Windsor, Severance, Timnath, Johnstown, Milliken, Greeley and Eaton reach local plumbing service providers at any hour. The line is answered 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Calls may be connected to independent local service providers, as the disclosure at the bottom of every page says.
The site exists to give honest, local information and a number to call. The pages you read here are written for this area, using Town and utility publications, and each service page explains the symptoms, the options and the cost factors before you ever call.
From the first ring to the repair
- 1
You describe the problem
Say what is happening, where, and whether water or sewage is spreading.
- 2
You get first steps
You are told what to shut off or avoid while help is arranged.
- 3
You hear the price
The price is explained before work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- 4
The work is done
A plumber diagnoses, repairs and tests, with permits handled where the Town requires them.
- 5
You get the paperwork
An invoice describes the work, and for larger jobs a written scope comes first.
How pricing works
Estimates for non-emergency work are free. For emergency work, the price is explained before anything starts. After-hours work can price differently from a scheduled visit, and that is stated up front. Larger jobs such as repiping, sewer replacement or gas work come with a written scope.
No one should pressure you to decide on the spot. If a price does not make sense, ask what is driving it, and get a second opinion on a big job.
What we do not claim
This site does not publish a license number, reviews, ratings, awards or years in business, because none of those are shown here. Colorado requires plumbing work to be done by licensed plumbers, so ask for the license number of whoever comes to your home and check it in the state's public DORA lookup. The post on checking a plumber's license in Colorado shows how.
We also do not publish a water hardness figure for Windsor, because no primary source we found does. Where a number is not known, we say so and tell you who to ask.
Where the local information comes from
Local facts on these pages come from published sources: the Town of Windsor's utility, permit and water quality pages, the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District report, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, the Department of Energy, the EPA and the Colorado Geological Survey. Where the Town or a district has not published a figure, as with water hardness, the page says so.
That habit has a cost. Pages here are sometimes less certain than a competitor's, because we would rather write that a number is not known than quote one that cannot be checked. If you find a fact that is wrong or out of date, email contact@proplumbingwindsor.com and it will be reviewed.
What the service covers and what it does not
The line covers residential and light commercial plumbing: leaks, drains, sewer lines, water heaters, gas piping, fixtures, sump pumps, water quality equipment and backflow testing. Water damage drying has its own dedicated phone line, because it is a different service from plumbing repair.
It does not cover electrical work, structural repair, roofing or mold remediation. If your problem is one of those, the page for the related plumbing service says where the plumbing ends. It is better to say that than to promise a repair a plumber cannot make.
